RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

We recommend that you check the condition of the delivered goods immediately after receiving the consignment. If you notice any damage caused during transport, you should immediately draw up a damage report together with the representative of the entity performing the delivery and contact us by phone: (+48) 533 303 099 or by e-mail: biuro@promlift.com. We provide a guarantee for all products in accordance with the principles described in the terms and conditions.
